Clean Greasy Range Hood
If you’ve been following along with our monthly maintenance schedule, you’ll notice we recommend to clean your range hood filter monthly. You may not need to clean it as often, depending on how much greasy cooking you do. When you do decide to clean it, where do you begin?
Range hood filters are a necessary evil in your kitchen. They catch all the greasy air particles created when cooking, but they’re a pain to clean! Check your filters regularly, at least once a month, to keep an eye on the grease build-up. When you notice they need cleaning, set aside some time and get it done. It’ll make your fan run more efficiently, and reduce the risk of fire hazard.
